This is for those who dont know how much of the compound in their system when taking steroids. Here is a list explaining what you get per 100mg. U.R

Well I would have put this up 6months ago; as I thought most would know this. Then again Im assuming that most are advanced user and given them the benefit of doubt. OOPPPSS guess not. well hope this help those when doing a cycle. U.R

At the risk of U.R. chiding me for not knowing this already (
 ) I will say that this is a great post. Nice compilation of compound/ester ratios - should probably be a sticky for quick reference.

I'm surprised at the disparity between Prop and PhenylProp. I'm pretty sure they both have the same half life, 4.5 days.
Does anybody know why PhenylProp is so much lower than Prop?
