Hey their guys and gals of S.W it has come to my attention that alot of members still dont know what zone to be in to burn optimal bodyfat. They also dont know how to keep the fat burning ongoing even when they loose a certain amount of bodyfat. You see at some point your body will come to a halt and thats its way of tryig to hang on to every bit of fat left and it will fight you tooth and nail for it.
Now what I would like to share with you is that although the human body is a powerful machine and taking the body through certain extremes will threaten the bodies defenses and this will cause the body hormonally to go beserk; What this means is that your body will either halt the fat burning process or start eating muscle for fuel and holding onto the fat. Now their are many ways to stop your body from eating your hard earned muscle; but since we are talking about ways to keep or kickstart the fat brurning again we will save the other topic for another thread discussion. Now here below is some info that I have used and my confidant Dave has introduced me to over five years ago. Look closely as you will see how to continue the fat burning process and how to keep your hard earned muscle without having to go into the realm of steroids. Once fat loss slows, I always increase cardio first, then I increase the amount of fat burners (Clenbuterol, Cytomel, lipolyze).........After those other methods are exhausted, only then, do I play with the diet. Remember you can and should use diet aids and drinks to help with the starving or somewhat boring fatloss diets. Some folks have a misconception about diet drinks and are misinformed; here below I will share with you reason why soft diet soft drinks are okay and what info you should know about the misconceptions. U.R Always eat BEFORE lifting........never BETWEEN lifting and cardio. Artificial Sweetners: The artificial sweetener itself (eg. aspartame, sucralose) wont cause a problem. It's what some companies complex it with. For example, EQUAL and SPLENDA combine their aspartame and sucrolose with 1g of maltodextrin........whereas, in diet drinks, they don't do that. So, diet drinks are okay, SPLENDA and EQUAL must be used in moderation (STEVIA BALANCE is fine though since they use inulin fiber instead of maltodextrin Cardio: CARDIO should be performed at a low intensity (under 120bpm heartrate). This will ensure that you use FAT as a fuelsource since as your heartrate increase, carbohydrates begin to become the preferred fuel of choice for the body. When on a low carb diet, you're body will break down muscle and turn that into carbs. Remember, Fat CANNOT be changed into carbs. Therefore, for bodybuilding, the rule of cardio should be LONG DURATION, LOW INTENSITY never do less than 20 min per session AS IT IS COUNTERPRODUCTIVE or unless you are training for some sort of high intensity fast pace sport. even then you have to ask yourself why pussyfoot it or halfstep. If you cant put in the time for cardio; you then should be questioning your dedication to the program. U.R The BOTTOM LINE is that low intensity cardio (while you might need more of it) ensures that fat is utilized and muscle is spared (especially while on a high protein/moderate fat/low carb diety) or a keto diet. U.R I hope this information helps those who are stuck in a rutt or those who may ultimitely have to face their demise when dealing with a fatloss or anykind of restritive diet. I don't know about the whole "must only do low intensity" for a minimum of 20 minutes thing. I could do low intensity cardio all day every day and never see a difference. High intensity seems to work better for me. I understand that the reasoning is to not burn muscle, but I'd only be wasting my time with low intensity. High intensity is said to raise your resting metabolic rate which works better for me at becoming leaner. I just do 15 minutes and that, for me, works better than 30 minutes of low intensity.

Sometimes I go to "quick links" and see "who's online" and it may show what they are reading and this caught my eye. Race and coast...is that high than low, high than low etc....? Also note the manner of this post being portrayed as if it was written by the poster lol.
