Hello Gang

Ok, I started my HELIOS yesterday, so im gonna let you know how i get on with it.

For those of you that dont know what HELIOS is, it is a water based injectable, which is injected SUB Q to aid in local fat loss.

The ratio is in one bottle (50ml bottle) you have 40mcg of clen with yohimbine hcl 5.4mg per ml

It works by being injected SUB Q on the place you want to loose fat, the liquid presses the fat (triglycerides) out off the lipocytes (fatcells) into the blood, and you have to burn it with aerobic training after the injections.



I started yesterday morning with 1ml in my lower left abs, then i done another 1ml pre-workout at night in my lower right abs.

I then done another 1ml this morning into my upper right abs.

I made a mistake of taking 120mcgs of clen oral yesterday morning, then using the HELIOS (Wasnt thinking) which was 2 x 40mcgs clen dosages!

So at night, i had taken in 200mcgs of clen - I was shaking so much i thought i was gonna break my back!

Cramps are also a little bad this morning, esp in my Jaw, Neck and also arms from typing.

I take it, its not going to harm me by taking it in the morning and not working out - I simply do not have time to do it in the morning, so im sure it will be ok, as long as i eat sensibally upto lunch (I.e NO biscuits, Bacon sarnies, etc )

PM is ok, as i do it pre workout.

I would be lying if i said it didnt hurt, but its not a great pain.

It hurts as it goes in, and hurts for about an hour afterwards, no more than the pain of a bee sting tho.

Clare also tried it, but she only managed 2iu of her 0.5ml doesage because of the pain (it is the 1st time shes ever had an injection, apart from at the docs!)

Shes keen to try again tonight.

Anyway, I`ll keep you all updated on my results, takes around a week before you start to notice some change, and reports of upto 7% BF loss have been obtained in a month on this stuff.

As i have been writing this, i have just found out that you are not supposed to inject 1ml into a single spot!

You should do 2.5iu into 4 spots or 5iu in 2 spots if you BF is 15% or over.

Probably the exact same as mine...Where did you get yours from? Mine are in 10 ml vials, with a blue cap, ever so slightly yellowish colour (kinda like light urine), and the same dosage that you listed with a 2% BA content...There's not lab or company name but there's a Lot and Expiry # on the vial and the box it comes in...I suspect it's a UG lab with no particular name or need to put a name on the product...The expiry date shows August 2009...

I have no doubt that they are legit, and have yet to see evidence to the contrary...

The only way to find out is to inject and see if you get sides similiar to oral Clen (provided you've been on Clen before)...

I hope this Helios is legit. Could not find it myself so a friend picked it up. Therefore I am not sure of the source. Comes in white box with water drops as logo. No manufacuture just contents and lot no. with samd exp Aug 2009. Thanks action looks as if we are running the same helios. Please advise on dosage. I am using insulin needles and I want to run .5 ml per day, is that 50 ius? and is that a good dosage? and when do I use?

My info says halph before training and halph later on. Should I use it on days I dont do cardio?

It's probably legit, a less common product to be faked... saying that, you never really know though.

I'm pretty sure it's gonna be the real deal...I just got that "vibe" that it's the good stuff and no red flags are going off...I'll find out for sure soon enough...
