Are you following this schedule for your helios usage. If so what is keto?

anti histamine to up regulate beta2 receptors that clen use, benadryl could be used also..........

Is Keto better? and where can I get some?

Keto's better than the Benadryl method, imo, but the Benadryl method is sufficient...

You can get Keto from the AR-R site (in the Legit Source section) under the Research Chemicals forum...
