Default Question about getting sedated and gear...

So I found out i have 6 wisdom teeth that need to be removed lol yes 6... I visited an orthadontist and he said he was going to sedate me, meaning i would be completely out of it or asleep during the process.. Obviously he prescribed me Vicodin and other pain killers for afterwards.. And i filled out a sheet before i guess for insurance purposes or w/e and it asked if ive taken or am i taking steroids i obviously put no... I am currently on cycle of 750mg/wk of Test E and 40mg/ED of Dbol... By the time i do this i would have dropped the Dbol already and id be only on the 750mg of Test E... Now should i be worried about the chemicals being used to sedate me?? I mean its only Testosterone but i just wana make sure.. Thanks guys

good question I have been asked that before surgery and always wondered why it should matter. It probably does matter or they would not ask. You need to do research or ask your doctor. With doctor / patient confidentiality laws you should be able to ask the question from your doctor and ask that he not include your use in his report. Confidentisality laws are fine but if it is written then the nurses will see it, many nurses are women, they will gab.

good question, i have always wondered about this too ever since reading this back in the day -

"On November 5 of 2002, Orville Burke, 6th place finisher at the 2001 Mr. Olympia and 9th place finisher at the 2002 Mr. Olympia competitions underwent surgery to repair a triceps injury which he suffered during a photo shoot for FLEX magazine. While under anesthetic, Orville experienced a seizure and went into a coma. From there, he was placed on life support machines. "

and something i read about Orville's situation on getbig.com -

"I'll just ad my 2 cents. I was a med student, and Anabolic pharmacology is not something med students study at all. I am into bodybuilding so that was something I studied quite a bit more than my fellow class mates. There can be complications involved when a high level of ( AAS ) has been used prior to surgery. Precautionary measures should be taken by both the surgeons and the patient. All I'm saying is if you have to undergo surgery involving anesthesia . IE..( Not local ) Just tell your surgeon and there are many things to look for and prevent to make sure you will have very little to no complications. ( When surgery is involved though ) anything can happen."

I would go in clean if you can. Your immune system will be at it's full potential that way. Oral surgery can be nasty. Maybe you schedule it pc..? BTW how do you have 6 wisdom teeth? ..if you don't mind me asking...

I have 6 because idk god wanted to annoy me lol they did the xray and it shows 6.. 1 on each side on the bottom 2 on each side on top lol

had AC JOINT and collar bone trimmed by .5 inches

the doc asked me what i was on i told him I said why ,because I bled too much during the operation.

drop the dbol like you said but your going to bleed with 6 out ,but the roids will help you heal alot faster ,very fast.

Deca provided that benefit and test cyp ,no aspirin or anything that thins you blood.

Peracets was the only thing that could dull my pain,it didnt stop it.

I would do it in a way that would allow them to know but not fill them in to your illegal use. State your on trt and wondered if that would get in the way. Most of the time it is the issue with clotting because certain roids slow down the clotting rate.

I sedate patients every day and have never had a problem with people who I know are on AAS. You won't have an interaction between the sedatives/analgesics and AAS but the AAS could cause cardiovascular problems that would persist long after you stop taking AAS...and then you may have a problem with sedation. I usually use versed or another benzodiazapine in combination with one or more medications such as propofol, demerol, fentanyl or dilaudid...all of which have the ability to shut down your circulatory system if a large enough dose is given...but as long as you are monitored and there is a crash cart nearby...you should be okay.

Good to know, I have total hip replacement inscheduled for mid October. Should I completely come off the gear? I am on 150 test, 250 Deca and Anavar up until Mid September(Im on T3 trying to drop fat, Deca is for hip joint which has helped tremendously). I was going to stay on 150 test as TRT.

I'd consider getting off for two reasons: You want your immune system functioning at max to avoid getting an infection and you want to lower the chances of throwing a clot or fat embolism during and immediately following the surgery.
