It's a multiv with digestion and joint support. I'm taking some generic glucosamine that's almost out, and this multi has it included, so it'll take two supplements out. I was deciding between this and animal paks, which is a bit expensive, but wanted to try it for a couple months. THe probelm is Orange Triad doesn't have much calcium in it, and I don't drink any milk, so I take a calcium supplement. Animal paks has quite a bit of calcium but not joint support, it's separate and expensive, but supposed to be one of the best.

Should be here any day. Probably won't really see much from it. Usually glucosamine takes months to see results, I've been on this one for several months, with not much results, but I also don't remember to take it 3x a day, and sometimes only once or twice.
I'm just taking a basic multivitamin too, so curious to see if I see a difference.

I love orange triad...i recently switched to opti-men and animal flex, but paid much more obviously and don't feel much different. Will definitely be going back to OT once i'm out of opti-men.

But TWIN LABS have been always my fav, msm ,mult-vit

Doc told me to watch iron intake in males its toxic if to high.

But Vitamins is a great weapon on getting the body to rebuild.

I've been on it for about 5 weeks now. Seems to really help with knee pain. I've been squatting with no pain. However, I played soccer last weekend, and my knees were killing me for the next couple days. So helped a lot, but soccer still kills my knees. But it was great to be able to squat without thinking about knee pain the whole time.

Yea, my joint pains come and go...animal flex is a more potent joint supp depending on how bad your pain is. OT is obviously good in all 3 areas, but some people might need more of a specific ingredient. It's tough to do that when it's an all in one. Still, it's the best bang for your buck.

And Doc be right... high iron is an organ stressor and energy killer. I watch my dietary and supplement intake and have an iron panel done whenever I do blood work. If it's high, donating blood (or dumping it) brings it down.

when building ,vitamins and other supplements makes recovery much more easy for ours body to have the material needed for growth.

pappya extract (i think thats how spelled) caused me to have terrible stomach cramps,supposed to help processes food faster.

NO2 worked.

But the doc concerned me with the iron ,it was in the vits i was taking so i switch.

But anyways BB.com has some ok prices but there prices are always getting beat by really good legit companies. But you can't match there customer service they offer. Haha and there free samples and the gifts the offer.

I love B.B.com! thats who I used over seas and it always came with in 3-4 days!! we got a place called supplement super store where I'm from and they beat pretty much everyone's prices online and store wise...... I'm a huge fan the animal pak! it's only 20bucks here. ttyl

I was reading about instaflex on joints and it is recommended by the arthritis foundation . I ordered a sample pack 14 days for 5 dollars shipping I will let you guys know how it works.
