I have been an athlete all of my life and am now interested in bodybuilding. I am 6'2" 215lbs at about 15% body fat. I am gifted in the genetics deptartment when it comes to muscles adapting to exercise. I have never been into bodybuilding but would like to be into it now. I have been a boxer most of my life but I haven't done that for a few years and would like to take up bodybuilding for fun. I love working out hard and pushing myself very hard. Could someone please help me and guide me in the right direction. Thank you

To start a basic but very effective cycle would probrobly be the best for now. This is a basic test/dec/d-bol cycle: test 500mg every week, deca 400mg per week and d-bol 50 mg per day split in morn and evening. This is a great cycle and will give you some very good gains. As long as you eat very good lots of protein and drink lots of water, And stay in the gym. Oh yea rest is very important also. Hope this helps

Take badstones advise as it is very good and a very good beginner cycle. I would like to hear your history with AAS. That is if you have had experience. It sounds like you have the experience as an athlete.

One thing I would like to say is, that the most often overlooked thing in bodybuilding is "the look". With that said if you can attain the look of a bodybuilder than your motivation can go through the roof. That may mean that decreasing you BF% may give you a more outstanding aesthetic look providing that additional motivation. Keep reading the boards and seek good solid advice.

Badstones choice of gear will give you good solid gains. In addition I would throw in some T3 at 12.5 to 25 mcg daily to jumpstart your metabolism, and with the additional protein added your muscles will suck it up quick, and burn some additional fat without comprimising muscle tissue. Just keep the diet in check and get lots of rest.

Welcome Ghostman, sounds like Badstone has you on the right track. Thats almost the exact first cycle as mine and wow I had great results. Just read up some more on AAS you picked the right board lots of great info here and lots of experienced Bros here to help out. Good luck Bro let us know what you decide to go with.
