Doesn't matter. Just try splitting up your dosages.
I take mine in the morning and evening time. For me, it's usually half before a workout and half after.

Thanks, Action. Guys I do not want to sound dumb on this but can someone explain to me how the half-life of around 9 hours on Var not have more to do with the optimal time to take it?
