just checking see if i'm on the right track, i'm currrently on third week of test e alone, my body is the same, no gains no pinch just little holes on my thighs lol I know I should expect and be patient for a couple more weeks for it to start, but since I front loaded it, should be seeing it by the end of third week or so? and am I suppose to gain anything when I am slowly rising onto the peak?

Should start seeing results very soon. Also, it will depend on yoru diet. If you aren't eating, you won't grow.

Steroids only puts the body in a perfect state for growth,
You alone have to do the rest, Diet has to be right or AAS is useless, also you gotta be training properly (last set to failure) and recovery and sleep. All have to be right. if you are not eating enough then you wont grow also you got to have the ratios right , if youre bulking 50/30/20 Is your optimum ratios. What is your calorie count and ratios at the moment and what weight are you? REP

eat sleep train it will come withing the next 2 weeks if not then somethings wrong. gains usually come even with short estters around weeks 4-6
|

oh my eating is i think beyond, i train right, using dc training, and eat like a pig, 3 shakes of quickmass weightgainer about 1500 calories from it and eat a sandwhich every 2 hours, everything is splitted evenly. i guess i'll give it 2 more weeks? then again, i will have to adjust my sleeping its pretty bad about 8 hours a day 5'11 140lbs

test takes about 4 wks to see results. next time add dbol, you'll see results withinn 5 days.

Make sure protein is high, it's hard to get a lotof protein into a single sandwich. Could add milk to wash it down.

Im no expert but since this is a forum and we can all express our opinions i thought I'd express my own experiences from my teste.. i front loaded... and my workouts have gotten substantially better in only 4 days and my friend has even commented on water retention in my arms already so.. I don't know. Then again, this is my first time and i eat like a fucking mule so..

Me personally, I'd know exactly what I'm going to eat throughout the day knowing the approx protein, carbs and fat contained within them.
You need to know your numbers. You need to have this written down and recorded. If your just randomly eating stuff every two hours and you haven't looked into it properly then you might not be consuming enough protein. ... and yeah an oral for the first four weeks would have had you seeing results fast. Injectables take longer to peak in the blood so your going to have to wait a while for your effects to kick in.

Well, I will say it again, you can eat all you like, be it like a mule or whatever it is in the fridge, but if you dont eat enough protien you will very quickly come to a halt and all your hard work in the gym and all the AAS wont be worth SHIT.
Less carbs AND MORE PROTIEN ;-) REP

5th is the vitamins then take a dump..Proper diet ,sleep,recovery,training= growth..Diet is more important than the actual training for many individuals

they are all important in thier own right , if one is out then the others will quickly follow.
Diet is thee main culprit for folks not gaining properly and are prone to blame gear, life style, or some other feeble excuse because it aint happening for them. Follow the good adivce here and you will be fine.. I will give you a scenario, everything from the Mon-Fri went 100% ie:Training, diet, Sleep,recovery. On the saturday night went out on the town drank like a fish, got hooked up with pussy and had a great night, not much sleep tho , the pussy was great, had a long lay in diet not up to scratch on the sunday , dont feel well because of the sat night. Monday routine wont and cant be 100%. That scenarios has just ruined the previous weeks training. REP
