Default hey 3rd week nothing..

just checking see if i'm on the right track, i'm currrently on third week of test e alone, my body is the same, no gains no pinch just little holes on my thighs lol I know I should expect and be patient for a couple more weeks for it to start, but since I front loaded it, should be seeing it by the end of third week or so? and am I suppose to gain anything when I am slowly rising onto the peak?

Should start seeing results very soon. Also, it will depend on yoru diet. If you aren't eating, you won't grow.

eat sleep train it will come withing the next 2 weeks if not then somethings wrong. gains usually come even with short estters around weeks 4-6

oh my eating is i think beyond, i train right, using dc training, and eat like a pig, 3 shakes of quickmass weightgainer about 1500 calories from it and eat a sandwhich every 2 hours, everything is splitted evenly. i guess i'll give it 2 more weeks? then again, i will have to adjust my sleeping its pretty bad about 8 hours a day 5'11 140lbs

1 of these shakes a day is fine but these are nearly all sugers. You need real food. oats, eggs, tuna , salmon , white fish, chicken,turkey, Cottage cheese, low fat/lowsuger yogs, real friut, Potatoes.

I think you got to change this or you will never grow.
Look how much bread you must be eating when you are needing protien. (do you do count your protien intake ?? )

8 hours sleep a day is fine but no less would be the recomendation.

test takes about 4 wks to see results. next time add dbol, you'll see results withinn 5 days.

ya, ok but each my sandwhich has different dressings, its either a tuna sandwhich with onions and boiled eggs, or egg sandwhich with turkey and salad, stuff like that. sometimes i like to throw in a t bone stake twice a week, its whatever i can find in the fridge lol

Make sure protein is high, it's hard to get a lotof protein into a single sandwich. Could add milk to wash it down.

Im no expert but since this is a forum and we can all express our opinions i thought I'd express my own experiences from my teste.. i front loaded... and my workouts have gotten substantially better in only 4 days and my friend has even commented on water retention in my arms already so.. I don't know. Then again, this is my first time and i eat like a fucking mule so..

to get big you need to eat big. you have to train intense. rest. protein out the ass. how many calories are you taking ed? alot of guys will just take gear and just expect to get results. if you want real results do all the above. when you start to see results you are doing the right things. the test should be kicking in. you could be looking at yourself to much and not seeing results. stay out of the mirror for a wk and let us know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Me personally, I'd know exactly what I'm going to eat throughout the day knowing the approx protein, carbs and fat contained within them.

You need to know your numbers. You need to have this written down and recorded. If your just randomly eating stuff every two hours and you haven't looked into it properly then you might not be consuming enough protein.

... and yeah an oral for the first four weeks would have had you seeing results fast. Injectables take longer to peak in the blood so your going to have to wait a while for your effects to kick in.

Well, I will say it again, you can eat all you like, be it like a mule or whatever it is in the fridge, but if you dont eat enough protien you will very quickly come to a halt and all your hard work in the gym and all the AAS wont be worth SHIT.
Less carbs AND MORE PROTIEN ;-)

5th is the vitamins then take a dump..Proper diet ,sleep,recovery,training= growth..Diet is more important than the actual training for many individuals

they are all important in thier own right , if one is out then the others will quickly follow.
Diet is thee main culprit for folks not gaining properly and are prone to blame gear, life style, or some other feeble excuse because it aint happening for them.
Follow the good adivce here and you will be fine..
I will give you a scenario, everything from the Mon-Fri went 100% ie:Training, diet, Sleep,recovery.
On the saturday night went out on the town drank like a fish, got hooked up with pussy and had a great night, not much sleep tho , the pussy was great, had a long lay in diet not up to scratch on the sunday , dont feel well because of the sat night. Monday routine wont and cant be 100%.
That scenarios has just ruined the previous weeks training.

Then id say you have a problem... See if your gear is real.. I got off a cycle 3 months ago of Test E only for 12 weeks @ 500mgs and i saw results from week 1 to week 12... in the first 4 weeks i gained 15lbs, gained 30lbs through the whole thing...
