Ok the tren i bought is for sure legit but im not seeing the effects comming in like i read and hear about while on it. im injecting 100mg Eod sometimes maybe a little over most like 115 eod, my gains arent coming out so lean i still look like i have muscle and started taking an AI letro every 3rd day so hoping that might lean me out some more isnt trean suppose to be great at leaning out and strength as well as harden up if anything? thanks brothers.

Tren is great stuff , probably the best out there . but if your diet isn't right you won't get the results your wanting . its all about the diet , AAS just puts your body into a perfect state to grow . so if your diet is crap you'll look like crap its that simple . post up your diet .

energy drink's have a shitload of sugar in 'em. i would cut them out. also, tren is a slow building quality muscle. ur not gonna blow up right away.

i went from 190-218 over night actually in 9 weeks so i dont think ill be getting too much heavier but if i do its just a plus for me.. im looking more for a leaner look tren is doing both or was but now im getting more of a bloat... ???'s are going through my head. and yeah energy drinks are bad but im going with low cars ones now with less calories

it doesn't matter , if you want lean you'll have to cut the carbs and increase the EFA's period . see carbs and fat are both used in the body for energy if you eat to much energy you'll store fat no matter what . just remember there is no essential carb , but you got to have Protein and Fat to live . if your doing a cutter cycle you should of done Dave Palumbo's ketosis diet . trust me

im going to give it a try i have 6 weeks left. ill cut and paste a few things though but ill try and keep it as strict as i can.

man if you want to get lean you will have to cut out all that junk eat chicken,fish-tuna,maybe some turkey loose the red meat for a while and lower the carbs

red meat one or twice a week isnt that bad.. Yeah im juts taking it for another week to lean out some more. its EO3rd so i dont think it should be that harsh. but im trying to lean as much as possible... chicken chicken potatoe salad chicken chicken...

Remember if no estrogen is present then no tissue can form, ultimately estrogen is the culprit..

maybe the test could possibly be causing the bloat and the energy drink and hamburger helper doesnt help at all. like i said another week with the letro and diet is changing so hope the gains will become what im expecting now.
