this is proof how this little gesture in whatever business you are in makes a world of difference to yourcustomers. there are several programs out there some are free to keep up with this for your client base. just reminds you to send an email and one that one of my businesses uses automatically sends out a card that looks like a real signature and birthday wish on it in hand writing. i highly recommend this to my employees and others.
