A way not to loose gear after injecting

Hey, sometimes after an injection some of the gear comes out. Seems like this happens only or mainly with the EQ for me when I do it in my gluts. Not a big issue now because I finally started giving them to myself in the thigh that is great.
Anyway my girlfriend is a nurse and told me about a "Z-track" (spelling?). She told me it is when you pull the skin over to inject then afterwards when you release the skin the liquid does not have a clear line to leak out of your body.
I know this is not the medical terms to discuss this but most of you understand what I am saying!

well i lose some too but its never really significant but ya i have used the z track but you have to remember to still aspirate ..

after I inject, I leave the pin in for a couple seconds before pulling it out....that helps

I do as well, I count a slow 10 seconds but with pecs, tris & sometimes bis it still runs out....

Like Z said though, the amount that dribbles out is insignificant.

It happened to me once, then I read about leaving the pin in there for 30 seconds. Try that instead of 10. It works for me.
