I've never tried them, but some people I know say they are the best out there. But think about this....... A vitamin is a vitamin right??? Your body will only use what vitamins it needs and the excess will get pissed away in the toilet (hence bright yellow or green urine). So, you will get the same vitamins in Animalpak as you will in other brands of multivitamins I believe. Just read the labels.

Some vitamins are simply lower quality vitamins.

I agree with that, thats why you read the labels, look for fillers etc.

Also, don't get me wrong, I do recommend using a good brand, just do the research that is all.

Labels don't mean anything, most of them BS anyways.
(unrelated)There is a Comparitive Guide for multivitamins... now I can't guarantee how accurate it is, because it seems to be, and it is used as a selling tool for Usana supplements. Of course Usana has a very high ranking... as they should be when you pay $60/month for vitamins... but some of these multivitamins are extremely low on the list. Pretty interesting book, whether it's legit or not.

The thing is this....... people can and will argue which vitamins or supplements work and don't work. Just research and find the right one for you. Obviously, you already have one you like to use, so there you go!!

I sell animal pak vitamins in my store i think they are great they supply so much more than vitamins. They have some good fat and some digestive enzymes. As well as some phyto nutrients. Although you can never label something the best you can say there are very good and will help out any athlete.
