Hi this is my first post.
I am a 22 year old male. I have been working out for about 19 months now and for the past 6-12 months i have been thinking about taking steroids while also doing some research. I ordered 2 vials of testosterone enenthate 350mg but i desided not to do it. So i sold it to some friends. Im a little unsure about my hight but im about 6 feet tall and im at 207 lbs. I usualy use cm and kg but i converted it for you guys. So anyways my question is if i take steroids and lets say for theorys sake i only do it once. Will i keep long term gains as long as my diet and training is good? Or will i have to keep cycling to just maintain what i got. I been doing some research today but i couldent find any satisfying answers on google. so i desided to post here. |

with proper pct - post cycle therapy you will keep most of your gains.

Lets say jay cutler quit cycling but still worked out and ate like a pro. Would he still keep some of his mass or would he slowly but surly return to avarage joe shmoe.

Dont get all hung up in the doing it once part. I was just wondering if i could keep it if i got "clean". I used to smoke alot of weed so i can relate to doing something not once lol.
Being years into the game as many of you are. Do you recommend it or would you go natty if you could re do your choices? I am very uncirtain what to do. Im the kind of guy that dont like tablets when sick and like to keep everything natural and green. On the other side i want to be a monster. |

I can say how much you would keep, if u continue to train and eat right probably you could keep a good amount. I only know people that have cycled and got big and still cycle and train and some that got big and stopped eating and training and lost it.

Even if you put on 30 pounds in your first cycle, you'll still be wanting to gain more after.

i read somewhere it takes at least 10 yrs. to reach your genetic potenial...key word being at least....its not like 5 cycles later your the HULK....it takes time, a lot of time.....goodluck bro

well,if u gain 15lbs.u should keep most of it.if u gain more,like 20,u might have a problem holdin on to it.a short cycle might be best for u.wont gain too much,an then have a hard time keeping it.having said that once u feel the strength an power,your gonna be hooked.

If you stop doing steroids and you are past your genetic max, you will slowly go back to your equilibrium of your genetic max. using my self for an example. I was not at my genetic max when i started exactly 1 year ago. I gained about 30 lbs went from 175 at 12% to about 205 at 12%... if I stopped now, i bet if I worked really hard at it I could keep at about 200lbs... but since I am only 6' tall, 200 lbs is probably still below my genetic max... BUT if I keep cycling till I am 250 lbs, if I stopped I would probably slowly go back to about 200 lbs or 210 lbs... that is how I see it, i might be wrong. -Pack
