Test E / DBol first cycle

Hi im going to start my first cycle soon, just need some advice on my pct.. And cycle if it needs it!

My plan was to take:
1ml of test e 2 times a week (mon and fri) for 8 weeks
4x 10mg of dbol a day for 4 weeks (kick start) - bearing in mind this is my first cycle and dont wanna go too crazy! Yet

But what PCT? I know i will start to take it 2 weeks after my last test e shot but....? Help!

pct nolva clomid.....standard 21day pct..look under pct forum... hcg during cycle...500iu once a week last 6 weeks works well... thats just my 2 pennies. get either another pack of nolva or arimdex incase sides pop up...this is your first cycle so you never know how you will react.
