A friend wants oi do 120 mcg a day of clen, his question is does he split up dosage or drop em all at once?

120 is a lot. He should work his way up. Start with forty broken up 20 Am and 20 at ten AM. He can work his way up slowly. I think if he drops 120 first off he will get the shakes and a pounding headache.

It has to be cycled on and then back off too. The body adjusts after two-three weeks and it's positive affects dwindle quickly.

William Llewellyn's Anabolics 10th edition says 6 weeks on then off 4-6 off

Split into 2 doses PD..one first thing then the other late afternoon .....................no later or he wont sleep

I'm NOT a clen fan, and Lewellyn is the go to guy for anything in this game. From personal experience and experimentation I can say that 2-3 on then 2-3 off is more effective for fat loss than 4-6 on then 4-6 off. Just my $.02

Its almost always used in place of a properly executed diet and cardio regimen. But if you have to use it... it should hurt a little You should be shakin like Michael J. Fox and your temp will be around 100 degrees Fahrenheit. For me that ends up between 120mcg-180mcg. I'm not a big dude just have a high tolerance i guess.

My buddy is a competitive BB and stays at 8% bf all yr round hasnt eaten a piece of pizza or a potato chip in 5 yrs, not too many eat cleaner than him he comes in at 220 showtime 5'10" 3-4% bf...Eveyrbodys different he said he gets none of that shaky shit, but his temp is runnin higher.

I also am am one of the lucky ones who gets no sides from ANYTHING.Still have nads nevr done a pct, all my hair, no roid rage, no acne, BP is 115/70 on or off. Been on as long as 7 months.

I said almost.... yea the sides are the only way i can tell what dose to use but when your down at around 8 it starts to count.

No worries bro, the dudes shredded all year so it only takes him 6 weeks to prep for a show. It makes me sick watching him eat ,we work together on occasion , i cant nor do iwant to get like that.
