hello i need advice on what steroids including injectable and orals to take and for how long for the best results for maximum muscle growth . I have only just decided to take steroids and need advice . Thank you simon

Do loads of research bro and find whats best for u. There r many different types of aas with different effects some r for bulking, some r for cutting, u have to pick what it is ur try'n to do. A lot of people will tell u to bulk first so u actually have some muscle on u cut down to which I agree to do. I would recommend doing at least two bulkers before considering to cut. Also how old r u? and how long have u been traning?? U dont want to just jump into using anabolics without traning hard for a year or so it's in no way a magic substance and u will have to work twice as hard while on aas so be prepared and get ur diet in check most importantly is ur diet whats it like now?? How many grams of protein r u consuming daily?? Carb intake??? Omega-3 intake??? Just dont want u jumping into tjis decision cause u saw the hulk on t.v. and from this question it sounds like u have no idea what ur in for....no offense
