Default Overkill or Not? Opinions please

I am about to order my next cycle.
Cycle history: 2
Compounds used: Anavar, Test E, Pentadex, Masteron.
Sides: none.. besides nuts disappearing.

Current stats: 196 @ 12%BF..Was better but I have been slacking.
Goal: Gain 10lbs muscle and get to 6%BF

Diet : 2500 calories 400p / 100c / 50f - 5meals
Lifting: 4 times/week
Cardio: 45mins/day x 2 (5 days)
Cycle:

Ultradex 150 ED 1-10
Test P 50 Ed 1-10
T-bol 50 Ed 1-5
Clen 120mcg Ed 2 weeks on/off


Basically I am running into the ? of weither or not I should run EQ at 100mg everyday or if this is not a good combo with tren due to increase red blood cell production. Is this over kill? Should I drop the EQ.. Would it add some solid gains. Opinions valued.. Thanks...

With 45 minutes of cardio twice a day and a tight diet like that I don't think you're going to make much progress in the way of muscle gain. You might just be adding more drugs for the sake of it. I know I certainly wouldn't build much muscle on a cycle like that. You'll like the results though.

Then again we're all different.

Should I up the calorie intake to 3500? Would that help?

If you have Tren in your cycle an intense workout, clean high protein diet and 45 minof cardio ONCE a day is more than enough.. Trust me..

I ran Tren Ace once and it was the greatest thing I ever touched, only did 30min of cardio a day and shed fat like a beast and gained about 18lbs on that cycle..

Today I start Tren Ace 100mg EOD 12 weeks
Test Prop 200mg EOD 12 weeks.. Hoping for another great run

Bro 45 min 2 x's/day is way too much. You are likely to overtrain.

Overtraining gonna cause insomnia and build up lots of cortisol. With that, your muscles will atrophy and you'll lose gains and work backwards. Like these guys said 30-45 3-4 x's/week of low intensity running is totally enough. Especially if you already lifting hard. Why lose gains with that much cardio?

Besides, you are only going from 12% to 6%. With hard lifitng, proper eating and getting the timing right. You could do that even without cardio if you really wanted to.

Try to make your last meal of the day every day protein only and almost completely carb free (no more than 10grams). After about a week or two you'll really see your self shred. Especially the abs. Works for me.

i've run high EQ with high tren ace with no probs. EQ will help with vascularity and harndness and will increase appetite.

A 10 week cycle is short to run EQ. I would leave it out, pretty much overkill.

I have come up with an alt. cycle... Not sure which one to do....


13weeks

1-12 Ultradex 150 ED
1-13 Test P 50 ED
1-3 Dbol 30 Ed
8-13 Winny 50 ED
ECA 2w/2w
PCT..

I think this is a little less over kill... Dbol to jump start things. Put some weight on. By the time I stop it I should start seeing the affects from ultradex. Then to help at the end the winny to help cut up / solidify gains. ECA for some extra fat loss and to keep water weight down. plus longer cycle.

As far as diet I am still debating on calories... somewhere between 2500- 3500 any suggestions on that?

If running EQ you only need to jab it once or at most twice per week and needs to be ran for 16 -20 weeks to benifit

ya I am dropping the eq.... Gonna do that second one I posted with 4 weeks of t-bol @ 60 Ed for 4 weeks.

Yup, See what I did to Rep's bum when he was overtraning.. I slapped the shit out of it and now its red for life!! I used his bum cheeks like a set of congo drums and played the shit out of it! Dont overtrain!
