I'm about 4 weeks into my test e cycle. I Preloaded a gram the first week. Since then I have been steady at 250mg twice a week. Anyway I spilled my liquidex when I tried to take it. I ordered another one. I have nolva and some formestane left over. I know nolva only blocks estro in some select tissue's. Chest being one, wich is good cause I've noticed a hard lump under my nipples. Bout the size of a pea. Have read up and know that a pea sized is a normal gland but anything bigger is not. They don't hurt but are a little sensitive. The reason I do not want to take the nolva is because it lower's IGF-1 Levels. I don't mind the bloat or any estro sides. But IF I am startin gyno I want to take care of it immediatly. Wondering a dosing schedule to use while I am waiting on my liquidex to come in again. I read 10mg ED. Will that amount still lower IGF-1 levels alot? I know formestane is a suicide inhibitor so would rather not use that but if it's a better bet let me know.

...To make a long story short.........
Spilled liquidex, have nolva and formestane. Might have some gyno issues creeping up and wondering on dosing. on the nolva, I need enough as a gyno prevenative but not so much that it plumets my IGF-1 Levels. Thanks in advance for the help

i would wait until the lump gets bigger. it might all be in your head, cause your thinking about it too much. my .02

thas true. I am thinkin bout it alot. If the lump grows though. How Should I dose?

Gotcha. I'll just wait for the adex to be shipped again. I am curious tho. Would nolva at 10mg a day be effective at taking care of early gyno issues? and does anyone know a percentage of how much ur igf-1 levels drop when usin nolva?

10mg a day is probably to low a dose. 20mg to 40mg a day is more like it.

I was gettin itchy n swollen nips
1. Because test was converting to estro n had no ai
2. I was taking saw palmetto and did not know saw inhibts DHT. DHT comes in handy during cycles of aromatizing aas. Because it helps block estro from breast tissue....Summin I jus found out. Maybe someone will find it usefull
