you have to get a bigger neck and shrink your gut, if you want to tape good. your diet is what determines getting leaner or bulking.

Steroids are not Magic your not going to take Winny and test and get ripped. I Have done a large number of cycles. The 1st Time I really planned a cutter I could already see my abs. Plan on eating clean and training hard Test lowers body fat, consistency will get you ripped and it's not a easy road winny not going to do it by itself

if it's your first cycle bro, don't start until you got a good foundation to build on, you'll just get bloat, and achey joints from putting more weight on, get some Gh, eat clean as hell for 60days, and see where your at.
just my .02 good luck

Ive been lifting since i was in middle school because i played football and i was a linemen. My senior year i decided to lose weight to join the marines. i was 265 and got down to 180 in less than a year. I was looking good except for the extra skin that i had around my waist. Ive been in for 2 years now and im at a good 200, and im still lifting and my diet is pretty clean, but i still have that extra skin and it effects my Ht and wt when i go to get taped. ive tried some test boosters that you can online and the ones that you can get at your local GNC but i dont consider that an "real cycle".

None of that shit works( test boosters)..Some good short bursts of High Intensitycardio ...Test and HGH will help but it aint magic..Really really watch your diet..Research Dave Palumbos Keto this could be what u need

OTC test boosters are all crap, total waste of money. They aren't a "real cycle" you sure got that right, they are absolutely NOTHING.

I think GH is probably the best solution to tighten up your waist, it seems to bring some elasticity back to the skin for many guys. One IU per day of pharm grade stuff. It's difficult when you get yourself get that fat, many people can never totally tighten up the extra skin. As the others have said it's all about diet. "Pretty good" is probably not enough, take a look at the Palumbo Diet for an example of what you may need to do to reach your goals.

if you have extra skin from losing so much fat. more than likely it will have to be surgically removed. my .02

Hey bro, if the loose skin is an issue, u can probably get it removed through the military but I think u need to make tape first. May have to say it causes depression. That said I would want to be in pretty good shape before getting the surgery. I would also want to make sure my diet and work outs were dialed in prior. Best of luck.

i have a love hate relationship with keto.. alot of the weight lost is water due to the lack of carbs. you dont need to eliminate insulin to loose weight just have to keep it at low levels.. unless your trying to get shreded either that or carb cycleing/nofat imo just keep fat and carbs very moderate make sure their very slow digesting high protien also is KEY. cardio is key. all other meathods should be exhausted before calories are reduced..

You will have access to ALL the information on this site, like source contact info and source ratings. Other WIP members are more likely to help you and give you more detailed information. Totally worth it man.
