"Thanks Powerman ur a good bud brotha...and honestly it feels great knowing that I actually helped this guy..one of the nicest people I have ever met by the way and what I like most about this guy is he really wants it he just needed some help to understand exactly what we do..That its not even close to just going to the gym every day its a total lifestyle that can be used in every aspect of life...like I use bb even at work..I am exausted just got done digging a 30 ft trench and while my helper is crying to go home I put in the underground rough...For me its like doing those extra few rep's at the gym those couple of rep's that seperate u from all the other wannabee's..."- HUGE BUMP ON THIS.. well said my man. bodybuilding can be applyed to any aspect of your life. every book you read, every good social interaction, every good grade you get in school amounts to something after days,months,years and the same thing applys to doing that extra rep in the gym.. or going the extra mile at work.. and juiced i used to be out of shape when i was in highschool and was fucked with alot untill i met this guy at the gym that took an interest in me and helped me chage my life around. obviously wasnt 387lbs lol but same differnce. work as hard as you can in life be as strong as you can and always give something back..

was only benching 95lbs when i first started lol.. when iwas 16years old.. 20years old and benched 225 31times this summer... never doubt someones abilty to turn everything around. and if it wasnt for that guy i would probably still be an out of shape looser..

Dang Power thats great to hear. Most people just give up and live in pitty for themselves but not u or anyone else here in s.w. which is what I love most about this place all of us have come a long way from where we started andf some days its tough and when those days come along think backa few months or even years ago back to where u once were and look how far you have come..That's what gets me through those tough days which are almost obsolete now a days. Once u get to the point that when u take ur coat off and u can see everyone in the locker room staring at ur arms, chest, back, ect.. and commenting on ur size every day gets easier from that point on..lol Even though the weight gets heavier the girls and guys envy come easier..lol

Like Chisel said u have a great start..not sure ur age (no offense) but u might wanna just keep it natural for a few more years brotha if u want of course if not u could give test e., dbol, cycle a try or a test and deca a shot those are both good cycles for a first and keep in mind ur fiest cycle is always the best as far as gains go but u really should get that diet in check. U wanna eat good clean cal's a couple of easy things to do is if u cook with butter use canola oil instead its a very good fat source and totally cut out soda all of it weather bulking or cutting soda is pure sugar..Eat things like egg whites at least a dozen a day, broccoli, wheat toast dry, brown rice, talapia is a huge source of protein and fat for bb's what I am getting at is first do ur research on diet and once u have gotten ur eating habbits down after a month or so of eating right and tranning hard then give aas a try.

thanks. when im home i eat good do to the fact that i can actually cook, but when im on base its hard to cook cuz u live in the barracks room. so i usually eat tuna packets etc. and dbol i heard was really good but the worse on your body so im trying to stay away from that.
