Default Cyclist looking for guidance

Hey guys, I am new to this so please feel free to give any advise. I am a 29 year old cyclist who is looking to get an edge on everyone else. I realize that using test is no going to make me pro but help me have an edge on everyone else.

So as you have kind of figured out I am an endurance athlete looking to cut some fat and harden the muscle I have. I wouldnt mind gaining a little muscle but I dont want to get big as that would weigh me down on my long rides.

So mys stats are 5' 7", 175Lbs, 12% BF. From what I have read EQ is a good option and stack it with Anavar. Again newbie so I think I would do 200mg of EQ a week and 20-30mg a day? But seeing as to how I am new to this I would love to get some feedback.

welcome bro. I would start off with 500 a week of test enan. for ten weeks. See how your body responds then go from there. There is a lot of info on this forum. Read up, ask questions. BECOME A VIP .

Test and EQ would be a great mix for you and will raise your RBC count.

Does test enam. build bulk? I have read that EQ helps with your red blood cell levels and VO2 max witch would help with my endurance. Would test enam. have the same effect?

You're not going to get bulk with how you train

The main race I am training for is at the end of may. That will give me 5 solid months of riding and training. I am starting in January FYI. How would you break up the cycles 6 weeks on 4 off, 10 weeks on ? off? I think I may do EQ and VAR. But what do you think about doses and how long I should stay on. The good news is my race is non sanctioned so there is no testing. After training season will I be ok not to cycle anymore? Will it affect my performance for the rest of the year? I know its a lot of questions just trying to figure this all out.

stick with shorter esters for your short 6 week cycles.

Thanks guys this is good info. I have read about pct but am unsure as to how or what to take to get my body to start producing again. Anyone have a good regiment?

I will say this. You might not get really big overall, but your thighs will definetly blow up with bike training while on AAS.

Ok guys so I have decided on my cycle, its going like this for 10 weeks:

Test C 125mg aw (2 injects)
EQ 200mg aw
arimidex 1/4 tab every other day

My last question is do you think there is anything I should have on hand? I dont know what could go wrong but I want to be prepared. I also have my PCT planned. Was gonna do the clomid and nolvadex pct, think that will suffice? I thought since I was doing a relatively mild cycle I would not need much to get my boys producing again.

EPO (Erythropoietin) is what you're looking for to increase endurance and give you an edge with cycling or an endurance sport

The low dose test and EQ will help, just have to watch your weight or could be counter productive

Yeah I looked into EPO but saw that there were a lot of dangers if you didn't do blood work regular. I didnt want to get into all that yet. I was just going to see how this first cycle went, this will be my first cycle I have ever done

EPO has killed many pro cyclists even when under an MD's care. VERY dangerous stuff. Stick to a simple cycle of test only. Your body will respond and your strength will increase tremendously.
