I will go first. I like how my pec muscles are forming like the shape of Franco Columbu. Not nearly thye size of course,but it looks like I have an upper and lower pec,ya know as if they are two seperate muscles.

Personally, my hams have blown the fuck up lately. I'm seeing some great separation despite not being very lean. The ham drop is lookin really good too. It's gettin to the point that I might have to stop training them to let my quads catch up some.

My shoulders and chest are finally starting to take shape now too. Nowhere near where I want them to be, but much better than before.

Back / traps at a recent Dr visit about a month ago i was having some issues with lower back (turned out to be nothing and now im fine) cute female Dr says to take of my shirt then she says what are those lumps on your lower back can i touch them and then says OMG those are your muscles. She then says Holy Cow your traps go 3/4 of the way down your back and that shed never seen any back developement like that , after feeling and touching my back assured me it was just a muscle strain and that thers no probs with spine/discs so of course she suggeste 2 weeks off and of couse i told her no way and 3-4 days later i was fine ....LMAO

Calves... Have grown something fierce since I got back on the sauce, I mean everything has grown great but calves have gone to a new level for me that is..Here is some pic

Holy Crap My Legs Are White as Hell!! & I am on that Mellotan-2 for about 2 weeks now got to up the dose and start tanning they almost blended in with the white floor thank God there is some black in the floor or you would just see shorts and boots...LOL

I've been on for a couple weeks now and I've noticed my outter delts are getting that roll into my bicep more than usual. Also, my forearms are growing well. Both of my forearms, not just one! lmao

I tell ya I have trained them and they NEVER grew all of a sudden they saw the light...I cut down to twice a week for calve tranning maybe that did it?? Oh ya I am sure the sauce helped..LOL

Yea sounds like really over training them. They look like they are growing now at two days a week.

I hit my Bi's once a week.

Start out with alternating dumbbell curls- 4 sets, gradually going up in weight. Last set is usually heavy as I can go for around 12 reps.
Then hit Preacher curls - 3 sets, gradually going up in weight. Last set is the same usually heavy as I can go for 12 reps.
After that either Hammer Curls or Isolated dumbbell curls - 3 sets, gradually going up in weight.

All sets to failure and high intensity and done with bi's

Right now my routine is this:

Mon. - Chest
Tues. - Back, Abs
Wed. - Legs
Thurs. - Shoulders, traps, abs
Fri. - Bi's and Tri's
