Dose Balance of AI - Indicators

So, my nips are always fucking hard on cycle. If I up my dose of AI or SERM they are hard less often. I know hard nips aren't a bad thing or necessarily a sign of gyno. But, should I keep the AI or SERM dose high enough that they aren't hard all the time, or just rock out with hard nips on cycle?

When you go too high with the AI you should see your libido start to diminish. That's how I can tell, especially with Adex as it's milder and I find it easier to feel the dose adjustments. I don't know about the SERM.

OMG! My cousin and I were just talking about how we could cut glass with our nip's lol, I wonder why? Maybe we self consciously want a chick to bite them. Yup that's it!

Great point by Cappy. Too much anti-estrogen properties will lower your estrogen to unhealthy levels which will negatively affect your sex drive, cholesterol and gains.
