Default Badly sprained ankle first week into cycle :( Do I stop the cycle?

Hey Guys,
BAd news for me. Over the weekend I sprained by ankle really bad. I have crutches and all that good shit. Anyway, what should I do. I am about a week into my second cycle of sust and mast E. Should I stop the cycle and wait for it to heal to start up again or should I just keep going with it an just do upper body, arms, abs, back, and no legs and no cardio.....

I need to know soooon, supposed to pin today I am so sad, lol. I want to be beastin not being a gimp!

On a side note I still managed to get layed everyday this weekend even with the gimpy ankle!!!! Chic was damn fine too, so I guess I'm not to sad lol.

if you're only one week in i would stop cycle and wait for it to heal.
(idk how long it takes for that to heal) but no sense to cycle if you can't give it your all!!

I think I'll wait a week and see whats up.

Does anyone know what supplements I can take to help this heal? Would buying some more growth peptides help? I am all out.

Damn Bro that looks nasty! How long did the doc say it would take to heal? If its more than two weeks id stop your cycle now since your only a week in an pick up when its better.... Also theoretically HGH would help heal it quicker.

One side looks like a fat man and the other looks like a muscle head...lol
idk, I would think if on deca this would help with the pain because of the fluid which helps with joint pain... Since its only been a week into your cycle I wouldnt go any further untill you get back in the gym.

Thanks guys, I think your right, I will chill on the cycle for a bit. Just ride out the increased sex drive from the test and be lazy with my new chick lol. I will try to hit the gym this weekend and just do upper body. I am hoping the only thing this will stop me from is legs for a week or two. I will post a new picture this friday so I can get some more input. I think it is healing fast B)

I know how ya feel im just getting back from a broken hand and foot. Hand was bad ligaments were attached to the broken bones and bone pieces were all over my hand. Took a long time to be able to use it again. Good luck bro

Stop your cycle immediately!!! Seriously bro, Im letting you know the best advice I could possibly give on here. My ankle looked the exact same as yours about 13 months ago playing basketball. Went up for a rebound and came down and rolled the ankle. Xrays immediately after showed no breaks or fractures but 2 weeks after the incident, xray showed fracture in heel bone and ligament tear on inside of ankle. My ankle still to this day is sore and has limited my vertical to a slight extent. You really need to nurse that ankle with Ice and Elevation as much as you can and physical therapy will probably be more than required just by the looks of it.

Thanks for the advice guys.

Yeah I have gotten X rays no breaks. I just sprained my ankle and my foot. I guess that means I have torn the ligaments in both. The doc said that he thought it would be fine to still be in the gym. He even said I could be back to squats soon... I figured I would swim three days a week for cardio and just keep trucking with the upper body, abs, back, and just take it easy on the legs.

I really don't want to throw the towel in on the cycle, but we'll see how I feel on monday...

Any additional input you guys have would be appreciated.

I am walking on it, just not very well. I am hoping I won't need the crutches by monday.

haha the toes aren't numb, doc said that the they are black and blue cause the blood from the ankle and foot go with gravity and end up down there :/

It felt exponentially better in the first few days and now I hit a plateau. I might just push off my cycle for a month or so and save up some money and add some var to the cycle. So instead of Sust and Mast it would be Sust, Mast, & Var.

I AM GOING TO THE GYM lol, I can walk around with out crutches so I AM GOING. I can't handle not going. I am just going to do chest on the machines. I'm not going to carry any free weights or do anything that requires me to put any weight on it. Wish me luck guys.

Good chest work out I only hit the newbie machines, but they work pretty good for pumping up and down a pyramid. Looking forward to arms tomorrow. Glad I decided to go.

Day 8... Looking better feeling okay. Just looks like I will be one of those healthy eaters who doesn't do cardio for a while lol. I have been eating good and loosing some fat. Just low cal for now.

Going to decide tomorrow. I can walk on it, so I think I am going to continue. The only thing I will be missing is the squats, some leg stuff, and cardio for the first two weeks or so. I think I am going to push on with the cycle B) Feelin pretty good about things. I lifted Friday, sat, and sunday, so I think I am GTG.

well if you want help I could take my chain saw with a rusty dull chain and hack

it off ,but I get to keep it after Im done ,bleeding will stop after i put my

survival knife in the fire to get it cherry red then well cauterize it .
