Tough Mudder
Any of you all done the Tough Mudder Race before? I am signed up for July 24th. I know I need to up the cardio for the race, I am sure I am strong enough, just lacking on some endurance. Anyone do it, and have any input?

I just started my second cycle.
Test Sust 600 mg/week split into 2 pins I have Mast E and was planning on running 375 mg/week split into 2 pins 8 weeks. But I might hold off on the mast for a couple weeks and run... Test Sust 600 mg/week 9 weeks 2 pins (300 mg each) Mast E 500 mg/week weeks 3 though 9 (250 mg each) Since it is mast E not mast P two pins per week should be okay. However, this would put the mast starting after the Tough Mudder. Cheers! I know I have been wishy washy about this cycle, but I didn't plan the greatest, had limited cash, and the supplier sent me Mast E, because he didn't have the mast P I ordered... anyway, like you guys say, hard work and good diet are key, so as long as I have gear and a decent plan I know I can accomplish my goals
