Swelling in those areas yes, and other areas from water bloat.

Nothing really, other than a SERM or AI to reduce the water, which may also reduce your gains.

Frequent cardio will help but the bloat may also return, so be prepared for that.

Do a search on SERMS and Aromatase Inhibitors.

Herbal diuretics are a lot safer than regular diuretics but probably won't be as effective.

Hope I am not out of line here fellas (I am a newbie), but I have problems with this also and think I can help. Try Folic Acid 800-1200mcg spaced evenly throughout day. Will not completely eliminate symptoms, but will help. Would also recommend a "baby aspirin" 81mg once a day to thin blood a little to help circulation.

....one more thing I forgot to mention, if it is really bad, and the Folic acid and baby aspirin don't do the trick, you may want to purchase compression sox. Don't want to risk getting a blod clot!

Nothing strict by no means so criticize away Itry to eat 5 to 6 egg whites in the am with maybe 2 of the yolks. with some wheat toast. around 9 at work a protein shake. lunch is usually 2 cans raw tuna and 2 packs of oatmeal with a piece of fruit . and my dinner is kinda whatever the wife makes with a protein shake after the gym . Alot of the time my lunch is pretty bad . I know my diet is horrible and needs a ton of work .

Especially if you wanna get the best gains possible... 2g protein per pound of body weight.... and have calories caculated based on your TTDE (Total daily body expendature). More for bulking.... less for cutting..... maintenance level to maintain.

... reducing sodium in your diet can help reduce bloat.

Time to get another doctor from his pretentious response. Hypotetically, just because you are holding water while taking aas doesn't mean the aas is causing it. So his answer of not treating you becauese you took aas is total bullshit. I had a friend pass away and right before he did I noticed he was holding water and looking swollen in the face. He didn't take aas ever.

damn , sorry to hear about your friend.Ya hes a real dick and is specialist in test replacement so I figured he was my best bet . Ever since I stopped I lost all the water retention I had . Didnt know if theres a different type I could try or if im just not cut out for it, or if theres a certain type I can try for next cycle
