250mg is more than enough to grow first cycle so thats not the issue here. And who gets 250mg/week as a trt dose lol? Not saying it doesn't happen but that will give you WAY above normal test levels. If 250mg aint doing it for a first timer, either the gear is shit or the following:

I'd point at the diet as has been mentioned here several times, when I don't eat enough, my strength goes shit. Same with sleep. Also, don't underestimate the importance of deloading or just training lighter for a week or two, sometimes my strength goes DOWN if I've been hitting it too hard for too long. All this eventually this leads to lack of gains.

Thanks alot guys for the comments/advice, I am past this now and planning ahead.
From now on I'll be running short cycles, 3-5 weeks. I found it hard to rebound from the first cycle even though it was 10 weeks.

Okay Supa, for your last 4 weeks start using your d-Bol again... This is fine because you've had 4 weeks break.... Just to try and squeeze any last gain you can out of this cycle.... And whatever you were eating at the beginning of the cycle, you need to up it cause of your weight gain.... Up your calories by 500-1000.

Make this last month count.

Run 6 week cycles with short estered stuff. You will feel the short ester trust me.... This is what I'll be doing.
